My experience with Cordova Park Apts has been nothing less than stellar. The staff is outstanding, hoping to continue calling Cordova Park my future home.
I just renewed my lease for a second year at Cordova Apartments. It was a straightforward procedure that was done entirely online. The location of Cordova Apartments is near shopping centers and eateries. The managers are helpful when help is needed. The same with maintenance.
Me and my husband lived here from 2023 -2025, overall we enjoyed it. We were fortunate to be downstairs with a washer and dryer hookup which a lot of apartments in the area do not offer. Parking was always available, maintenance was consistent. The outside area was clean. The 2b2b apt was spacious for us. Pet friendly. Staff was always nice to us, and we got our security deposit back. However exiting the complex is horrendous, cars blocking blindspots in all three gates. Amazing, helpful staff was able to move us in quickly! Thank you Madeline! We love the layout and the community is clean and well kept. Staff/Maintenance is quick to resolve any concerns. Office staff also host nice events for residents about every month that we are very appreciative for!
