I can’t wait to move out.. it’s homeless people digging in trash cans.. people living out their cars but they have the audacity to charge so much for rent? Horrible! The gates are always broken.. the maintenance guys barely knows how to fix things..
I’ve been living here for 7 years everytime it’s raining my roof leaks ,and probably has black mold by now all they do is put a bandage over it and say it’s fixed. Paint patch and say it’s good and the maintenance emergency number is no good when you call they say they can’t do nothing …or say what you want me to do about it… that’s how they do there job and they think I’m supposed to be all calm about it when this is not the first time.
