This is a great place BUT the lady at the desk is a capital B! Always has something negative to say, I let people go ahead of me just to go to a more friendlier person. This makes the experience not pleasing to deal with her. Some of the techs hate when you point out that they shouldn’t type with the same gloves they plan to stick you with.
