Terrible would not use! Had 3 contractors burn up on electrical heat unit. Under warranty and was charged diagnostic fee’s and parts. Told me it was a whip that was my problem. Come to find out from another company after burning another that was a simple thermostat adjustment that they missed!
Joe from Cordova came to my house for a new customer maintenance check because my house was cold. Didn’t tell me or my husband exactly what he did, turned the heat off and said he turned it back on. My house lost so much heat that day because the heat was supposedly on, but no hot air was blowing and on a cold night. We tried turning it off and on and nothing.
