When our air conditioner malfunctioned during a heat wave, Heating & Air Conditioning Cordova came to our rescue. Their technician was amiable, effective, and professional. The cost was reasonable, and the repair was finished promptly. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I wouldn't entrust our HVAC system to anybody else. Strongly advised!
Furnace in a nasty, wet crawl space failed. Tech suited up, installed a moisture-resistant platform, replaced the unit with a sealed-combustion model and rerouted intake/exhaust above grade. Dry, efficient, and safe now!
They explained the entire maintenance process step-by-step, even showed me how to clean my own outdoor coil safely. Empowering and super helpful!
Terrible would not use! Had 3 contractors burn up on electrical heat unit. Under warranty and was charged diagnostic fee’s and parts. Told me it was a whip that was my problem. Come to find out from another company after burning another that was a simple thermostat adjustment that they missed!
