The best dentist I have gone to in my entire life. He explains everything to you and is very persistent on getting the job done. He is not quick to send you to another specialist like most dentists I have seen before.
I have extreme anxiety about dental procedures, but the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Botts and his staff really put my mind at ease. The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean, making appointments is convenient and easy, and the staff carefully explained all procedures and associated costs clearly and understandably. Needed extensive dental work. Over a period of 2 years. Have had excellent service every time. Excellent staff. very friendly. Dr. Botts accommodated my busy schedule as an obgyn, and opened up some of his usual non-working hours to complete the work required in a timely manner.

We tried to get an appointment for my son at His regular dentist since the second week of December. He was in pain. He was wait listed due to the busyness of end of year appointments along with closing for the holidays. They still haven't called us back. Dr. Not treated his cavity and gave him a temporary crown. He rearranged his evening schedule to ease my son's pain. That is how you take care of a patient.
