I just want to say that I really enjoy the leasing ladies Gracie & Soila. We have only been living there since June & the ladies have made my daughter and I feel like home. Everything is very beautiful here . We came from a homeless shelter and it’s nice to feel like home in your apartment. They are helpful and friendly and I and my daughter are happy to have them on the property. My last place was not friendly. Thank you ladies for being great!

Worst apartments I’ve lived in so far!! I HIGHLY suggest looking somewhere else. No parking, stolen wheels from people’s cars (why even hire security if they don’t do their job), poor maintenance (wouldn’t come & address the issue unless we call 20 times), not to mention their POOR MANAGEMENT & RUDE STAFF. My mothers credit score dropped & has a due in collections because of a miscommunication & error from their part & made it seem like it was our fault. Horribly dangerous place to live! I woke up to one of the maintenance guys invading my apartment. I reported him to management and they accused me of lying. To all parents and women, if this happens to you call the police NOT management
My rating is based on the experience I had in my process for applying and signing for an apartment. I couldn't have asked for more friendly, professional, and helpful office staff to work with me and answer questions. Edward specifically, went above and beyond to help us find the right apartment and the right fit. I also, really like the location of this complex as it's close to the freeway and many stores and restaurants my wife and I frequent.
