This place is great for the price and the manager is busy cleaning up the laundry room on weekends price of laundry $2 will wash and dry a load the best part is they are dog friendly oh if there is a complaint he let you know you don't pay for water garbage but the parking is good one in car port and parking on the street all have balcony or patios not 5 stars because people don't all leash there dogs

Shared water heater which can cause problems when taking a shower. The shower water will be hot and cold as it is shared with your neighbors. Beware as the manager at this unit doesn't listen to you if you are a woman. I would never want to see a single woman living in this apartment complex with the current manager. They have one star because there is a paved road.
