I was a patient off and on for a number of years. At my last visit she set up a telephone appointment for three months later. She failed to call me on the appointed day. I left repeated messages for her asking why she had not called. She never called to explain. My prescriptions had only been written for 3 months so I was left scrambling trying to find a doctor who would see me. It was four weeks before I could secure an appointment with a new psychiatrist. She missed our last scheduled phone call and did not respond to repeated attempts to contact her. She left me with no way to refill my prescriptions and scrambling to find a new doctor on short notice. Her complete lack of care for the wellbeing of a patient is contemptible.
