Total bull. Charge you an arm and a leg, but do nothing. Expect to pay at least $20,000 for very minimal legal help.
They do not commit themselves to the case. They seem to think that simply possessing a bar license is sufficient to appear in court. I spent $6,000 only to suffer a defeat—a defeat resulting from a complete lack of effort and commitment, yet one that carries consequences for my future. The service is abysmal; do not trust them.
Marty Olsen is unethical and did not apply fixed expenses minus gross when awarding child support. This is against the Utah legislature. I worked with my ex and both her and Mr. Olsen said they would work to make it fair. How is this fair. You are deceiving and untrustworthy!
Fraudulent billing and Extortion! I spent a few hours with an attorney and prepaid for those services. It was one simple document. When the document was complete the attorney I was working with left the firm.
