Marty Olsen is unethical and did not apply fixed expenses minus gross when awarding child support. This is against the Utah legislature. I worked with my ex and both her and Mr. Olsen said they would work to make it fair. How is this fair. You are deceiving and untrustworthy!

Fraudulent billing and Extortion! I spent a few hours with an attorney and prepaid for those services. It was one simple document. When the document was complete the attorney I was working with left the firm. However, when I received my bill it was over charged by 913.50 for hours of work that did not happen after I had already received my document. This is fraudulent billing. I sent a few hours with an attorney and paid for those services. When the document was complete the attorney I was working with left the firm. Jason Fuller was my attorney some time ago. Jason is HIGHLY sexist. Should in no way represent a female. I hired him because he said he would do a bifurcation but he just actually failed to even submit it. This hurt my case badly. He didn’t not only do what I paid him for, but he also suggested I freeze my eggs instead of him doing his job. He caused me to have hives and shingles from the stress. This is a firm that concentrates on billable hours. I spent over $5800 in 3 months before we filed our first document with the court. They love to play ping pong emails with the other spouse's attorneys so they both can get their billable hours. They refused up front to roughly estimate the cost of my divorce.
