AVOID! I used this firm and they experienced an IT business interruption event during my arbitration hearing. Due to their inability to provide a timely response to the arbitrator for information, they caused me a large financial loss. Can happen to any business but they would not own it and make it right. Unethical firm.
If I could give Cordell & Cordell 0 stars, I would. This 1 star rating is because they are ridiculously expensive. They nickel and dime you to an extreme extent. I have a simple divorce case that has made almost zero progress through Cordell & Cordell. The attorney takes days to respond to a phone call or email, same with the paralegal... and the paralegal misspells simple words on the required legal forms. Turns out I was completely taken for a ride... over 6 months in and they did absolutely nothing... didn't even file to start my child support case... costed me $1800 or so by the time I fired them.... turns out a letter challenging child support enforcement to "bring it on!" Was enough for them to close my case. FYI I paid my child support off in New Mexico, but California was trying to get another 18k. Good luck to everyone and I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
Booked an appointment, paid for it. The lawyer didn’t even show up, called the customer service, still couldn’t find the lawyer. It’s absolutely ridiculous. No reliable at all.
Mackenzie Colt is the worst lawyer you can hire. No results and over priced. She needs to go back to law school.
