Cordell cost me thousands of dollars and then I had to pay a different attorney to clean up their mess. Kathleen didn't know basic elements of Colorado family law and charged me to do "research" after she created an embarrassing situation with opposing counsel. 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I hired a “Lead Attorney,” Christine Dolan, at $50 more per hour than others assuming she would be better. I guess you don’t always get what you pay for. Even the “Senior Litigation attorney,” Kevin stoner would not return any of the 3 calls or emails to him pleading to contact me to oversee this. 1 month and $40,000 later I hired another attorney with a different firm to undo her mistakes. Worse than Worthless! When I approached Cordell and Cordell I had been married one year with my wife wanting $50k. After being billed a year with them, I ended up having to shell out over $120k. I had expected Cordell and Cordell to review my case and provide legal counsel on the best approach in obtaining a fair settlement. They provided nothing of the sort.
