HORRIBLE. I booked an appointment with the doctor, which I had to wait an entire month for. Just for them to tell me on the day of my appointment while I was just a few minutes away that they didn't accept my insurance and the lady on the phone had the nerve to tell me she had no idea who told me that my insurance was accepted by the doctor. INSANE considering that I explicitly gave the receptionist my insurance card and information when booking the appointment. I hung up the phone on her. Never again!
