Waited over an hour for my appointment in a dirty and dark office. They had me pay before getting seen or else I would've left after 45 minutes. The Dr. didn't wear gloves which made me uncomfortable. The Dr. dilated my eyes and didn't tell me that's what she was doing, she just said "eye drops". One of the assistants was friendly and explained what she was doing during the tests, but the other would only say "sit here, wait, follow me" and did not explain anything.
