Waited over an hour for my appointment in a dirty and dark office. They had me pay before getting seen or else I would've left after 45 minutes. The Dr. didn't wear gloves which made me uncomfortable. The Dr. dilated my eyes and didn't tell me that's what she was doing, she just said "eye drops". One of the assistants was friendly and explained what she was doing during the tests, but the other would only say "sit here, wait, follow me" and did not explain anything. The most thorough eye exam I have ever received out of all prior eye doctors.. Dr. Uddoh utilized more technology than my previous doctors

I have been a patient of Dr. Uddoh for 2 years. I was really unhappy with vision works and she is the first eye doctor to get my prescription right.

Dr. Uddoh was easily one of the worst Doctors l have ever visited. Silly me, I wanted to give her a chance despite her bad reviews. The receptionist was rude and was also handling the eye X-rays, which she struggled with and didn’t know what she was doing. Dr. Uddoh did not want to explain anything and seemed like she was irritated when I asked her any questions about my eyes. I asked her multiple questions on several occasions and she just gave vague or incomplete responses. Patients are going to have questions for doctors ... read more
