My water lines are backed up...I called around noon. They called me back at 445 and gave me 15 minutes to go home from work or they wouldn't fix my water for 3 days. Left a fallen tree in my back yard hanging on power lines. Painted my windows shut and tried to leave them like that during a GA summer. Every month my HVAC unit breaks and they try to blame me.
