I was hoping to schedule an appointment with Dr.Cord Sturgeon. Unfortunately I was told that he is no longer accepting new patients. Too bad cause I might have a thyroid cancer and he is probably the best in Chicago. If anyone can give me some advice who might be as qualified in this field as doctor Sturgeon, please let me know.
It has been 16 years since Dr. Sturgeon removed the right portion of my thyroid. He did a tremendous job, and my scar is perfectly symmetrical. I remember him being very kind and thorough, and put me at ease. I was reminded of him today as someone commented on the symmetry of my scar and looked him up to see if he is still in Chicago. We are lucky to have a fine physician like him.

Came in on his day off to perform an 8 hour surgery. Called me personally a few times to reassure everything was going to be okay. Simply the best doctor! Thank you Dr. Sturgeon.
