Not happy. They get you in then increase, increase, increase on. Started off with the initial payment and storage of $2565 then 2012-2016 annual payments were $250 a year for storage, then 2017 and 2018 was $275, and now 2019 it's $315.
I banked both of my children's cord blood stem cells with CBR. I had an amazing experience and their customer service was top notch. They walked me through everything and were so helpful. Even when my second one came a little early and I wasn't prepared, they were super helpful in making sure everything got done and where it needed to be. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Stay way from this greedy and unethical company. 9 years ago signed an 18-year contract for storing the cord blood of my child with clearly stated annual payment plan on the paper form. They, however, increased the annual fee in the middle of the service and forced the existing customers to accept. Or, as said by CBR, "you can cancel your service." Give me a break!
