Not happy. They get you in then increase, increase, increase on. Started off with the initial payment and storage of $2565 then 2012-2016 annual payments were $250 a year for storage, then 2017 and 2018 was $275, and now 2019 it's $315.
I banked both of my children's cord blood stem cells with CBR. I had an amazing experience and their customer service was top notch. They walked me through everything and were so helpful. Even when my second one came a little early and I wasn't prepared, they were super helpful in making sure everything got done and where it needed to be. I would give 10 stars if I could.
