Mr. Buck Snyder has been amazing to work with! He is has been a great agent and someone I completely trust. I would highly reccomend him. I refuse to use any other agent from here forward. I know quite a few other people who have used him as well... always satisfied and happy. He is honest, he looks out for whats best for you and he's become a good friend. Reaching new levels of incompetence – I can't speak to all of Worth Properties or its employees but I can say that Buck Snyder is without a doubt the most incompetent human being, much less realtor, I've encountered. So much so that it's hard to tell if it's genuine or just a cover for being malicious. Either way, if you want to make sure your most valuable of asset is being represented well and with vigor, make sure you don't get this kid. We dealt with two agents from Worth Properties, Lisa Short and Helen Golter, for the last 3 months while buying a home. The first contract did not work out. The second contract got as far as the inspection. Worth was representing us (the buyers) and the seller. However, at the end of the 2nd business (Thursday) day after the inspection clause was signed…thus making the signed contract null and void… both our agents said the seller wanted to meet the next day (Friday) to make a punchlist of his own with explanations for the c... read more
