Ideal location, good Realtors
Meredith Loux is the worst leasing agent I have dealt with in my 32 years of life. Initially she presented the landlords to be reasonable people which we learned 2 days into the lease that wasn’t true. The landlords made minimal and only necessary repairs during our lease term. We were presented that they had interest in caring for and fixing the home up as we lived there. Poor standards. Do not work with this company, especially their agent Gina Cornelison. I was renting a home she was about to lease. She rushed to get me out of the house, gave me attitude about it the entire time and became hard to get in touch with when I became a potential buyer of the home. She told the homeowner my loan (from Lending Tree) was not good enough and pushed her network of lenders and real estate agents on me, making me feel like I didnt have a chance unless I used them.
