She helped me prioritize the preparation work so that the most important things were taken care of. When we set up my home for sale, she arranged the furniture so that the rooms felt larger and yet cozy and appealing. She hired an excellent local photographer who captured just what we wanted to convey about my home. I cannot imagine working with a more skilled realtor.
