Elisa was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with from the start. I had reached out to several local realtors, but Elisa was by far the most professional and quick to respond with detailed answers on all of our questions. We were looking for a rental/personal use property in Florida and we're from out of town. We started with Evie and then transferred to Elisa as Evie was out of town for an extended period. Both were fantastic. Both were very communicative and helpful. We selected some properties off the Corcoran site, Zillow, etc. and got a list together for her. I tried to work with a realtor named Ingrid, then talked to a Mark and I think I even tried to work with a person named Julie. If I could give a "-1 Star" review I would, it was that bad of a experience. They try to act like a affluent brokerage but don't seem like they know what they are doing. Ended up losing a few different offers when trying to use them to look at homes. I ended up finding a good agent at Suncoast Luxury Team. Just very difficult experience.
