Extremely disappointing experience. I called numerous times and was never able to reach anyone. I left several messages on their voicemail but received no return calls. After days of trying, I finally spoke with a woman who was curt, unhelpful, and did not even bother to give her name. Her only comment was that she might pass my details along and someone could get in touch whenever they had time. A full week later, I still hadn’t heard back.
