Terrible place to live. Apartment managers treat tenants terribly. I had many times damaged from water and snow coming into my property that could have been avoided if not for the lack of maintaining the property. I ended up having to file for legal action against them with the city before moving out. Also, the building is across the street from a very active fire station and a bar that plays live music loudly and weekly. In two years, I don’t think I had a moments peace while living there.

I'm currently a resident on the first floor. Within a 3 week period my unit was flooded twice with sewage. Upstairs residents are flushing garbage down their toilets, which clogs up the main drain. Over 6 units on first floor were affected. There are cockroaches everywhere, even though I keep my space clean. I've had mice chewing through my walls. Neighbors blasting music, fighting and yelling up and down the halls after midnight. The maintenance contact number never answers nor responds to emergencies. I could keep going an... read more

They not only have cockroaches everywhere, but they also have black mold in their buildings. They cover it up and then tell you that there is no mold. Numerous residents have mentioned having mold in their units as well. And when you ask them to address it, they ignore you and only want their money from you. They will also raise the rent on you an outrageous amount for absolutely no reason every year your there. i have lived here for almost 14 years and plan in staying for many more. I like that they are understanding and considerate and take action when things are brought to their attention. I appreciate that they only keep my neighbors here who want to be here take care of my home and follow the same rules that i have . The only thing is the stairs do take a toll on me. I recomend

I am currently living in Corby Castle. Usually I wait until I move out of a building to leave my review. However, I already have enough information to tell you everything you need to know. The units have a decent amount of space for the price. It's also close to 680 if you need to get on the interstate quickly. Consistent with other recent reviews you'll see here, I also have roaches in my unit, no matter how tidy I keep the kitchen.
