I've had my application submitted for an apartment at Corbly Trace Apartments for one and a half years. I have contacted them numerous times to see when an apartment would be available with the last time in November. I was told there were four applications before me and it would be from two to four months. I received a letter today, January 13, 2018, saying my "recent" application had been denied due to my "credit rating which didn't meet their criteria."
