Midwest Properties used to own this building, along with the Parkland Town Homes on Upland Drive. We’ve lived here for 10 years, and Midwest was a fantastic company to deal with — on-site staff, fast maintenance response, and a clean, well-kept building. Then, without warning, a notice showed up on our door last year: Midwest had sold the property to Avenue Living. No communication, no consideration. Just gone. Sadly this will change drastically as 3veryone is aware that avenue living are a monopoly of slum lords..I'm out..How this is legal is beyond me...although if Alberta was a state it would.d be disgustingly red.
