Sadly this will change drastically as 3veryone is aware that avenue living are a monopoly of slum lords..I'm out..How this is legal is beyond me...although if Alberta was a state it would.d be disgustingly red.
I've lived in two different apartments in this building, and I've been more than happy with both rentals. The bedrooms are spacious, the building is clean and quiet, and the property manager is super polite and considerate! Highly recommend, especially if you want somewhere quiet and away from busy shopping areas.
