Update: Avenue Living bought this building and now it's a slum. Do not move here, do not trust Avenue Living. I moved as soon as possible. Original review: I've lived in two different apartments in this building, and I've been more than happy with both rentals. The bedrooms are spacious, the building is clean and quiet, and the property manager is super polite and considerate! Highly recommend, especially if you want somewhere quiet and away from busy shopping areas.
