They are terrible. They will promise a 2 week at most for repair. Then don't expect your t.v. back any time soon. Once I did get t.v. back it went out for same problem in 2 days. They are terrible. Stay away.
Buy a new TV. It's cheaper and you don't have to deal with these guys.
They moved...they have my tvs and the 1200 I paid for services numbers are off and no way to contact them!
AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE !!!!!! These people deserve to be in jail. They had us pre-pay to repair a 46" Vizio TV. They told us initially it would be about three weeks, and that three weeks turned into three months plus. I kept hearing the same song and dance, we ordered the wrong part, they sent us the wrong part. Until the other day, I called the Cedar Hill Police Department, and the officer I talked to said, "we know that guy, we've been out numerous times to his place because of enraged customers".
