I tried to call this office two days ago to set up an appointment. No one answered the phone and I got an automated phone menu. I chose "new patient- first appointment." I then got an automated message saying, "all of our associates are busy and your call will be answered in the order it was received." Followed by classical hold music. Ten minutes later, I chose the option of leaving a message with my name, DOB and phone number and brief description of the issue. No one ever called back.
