Excellent service, Professionly service. Would recommend them to any one. Called next day to make sure AC was still working.
These folks are professional, efficient, and hard working. They installed a heat pump with a gas back-up and it has paid for itself. They have been to our house on Christmas Eve in the snow and they truly service what they sell. You get what you pay for in service and installation. Very reasonably priced and nice people. The AC went out on our 2nd home in Highlands, other companies said it would be more than a week to get to it- and my sister had her week vacation set and that was going to be ruined..... The nice lady that took my call said she would see what she could do- the next morning the service guy called and was on his way ! We weren't there - nor did I have to drive 2 hours to meet him! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE EASIER!!!!
These are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Bob & Tim were very prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and we immediately felt that these were some people we could trust and wanted to do business with. They gave us a fair price so we immediately scheduled our installation with them. Our installers, Mark & Ethan, were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked in a very timely manner. These guys are true professionals. They came in and completely replaced our home HVAC system in just a matter of hours (not days) and were very thorough and friendly. These guys are amazing, by far the best in WNC. Their service is always timely and the price is fair. They don't try to up sell you or fix things that don't need it. They just get it back up and running for a reasonable price.
