Nasty phone demeanor, I do not recommend! I have to agree with Margaret. I just got off the phone with this company and I am "taken aback" as W.S. says at how this company can be so rude on the phone and stay in business. Best repair experience I've ever, uh...experienced I went to this website tonight simply to find out what kind of appliances these guys work on besides the Sharp microwave oven they fixed for me today. I was taken aback to read about the other person's negative experience, and I can't pass judgment on that.
