The orthodontist saw my son, put a spreader appliance on & some of his braces. He saw my son 3 times & charged me over $4,000. He suggested breaking my son’s jaw or pulling 4 healthy teeth - he told me there was no other way. When i got a second opinion they recommended using a Herbst appliance.
