I had an amazing experience with Corax, and I can’t say enough great things about Samm and Aiden. From day one, Samm and Aiden was patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me succeed. The training was clear, effective, and tailored to our needs. Highly recommend!
Best thing I did was join this gym. The coaches, Samm and Aidan, make the work outs fun and challenging. The owner is very knowledgeable and personalable.. highly recommend!
The team is phenomenal. Their workout plans are perfect for me, and they easily modify them when I need to take it easy on a body part. The small group sessions provide me with the support I need to get and stay motivated. I travel further to work out here a few times a week, and can't imagine not having this part of my wellbeing.
No judgement! I'm 55 and wanted to start strength training. I've never worked on my upper body and I am a complete novice at using weights. We've been 3 times now. The amount of instruction and encouragement will keep me going back. Go in just check it out. If you've ever been embarrassed at other gyms just try this one. If you're a veteran this is the place for you.
Best trainers! My whole family can work out together too. I love how knowledgable the trainers are and how they are there to prevent any injuries. Love the variety of workouts!
