Carissa is not reliable. I booked a haircut with her and she canceled an hour before my appointment. When canceling she didn’t offer any alternative appointments. She got back to me 4 days later asking if I could come in that next Saturday. Very disappointed. I made an appointment with Carissa weeks out because she only worked on weekends. I referred her to a friend for a haircut. 1 hour before my friends appointment Carissa canceled, telling my friend she was sick. I texted Carissa to confirm my appointment advising her I had a vacation coming and my hair needed my color and cut. Carissa confirmed at 1:15 in the morning.
