Do NOT waste your money on this hotel!! The room was in disrepair and unclean. Could not stay the night in these conditions, so we booked a different hotel. It just wasn't safe. The safety latch on the room door was broken. When brought up to hotel management, they did not make it right either.

They don't really have mobility accessible rooms. The staff was nice when we attempted to cancel and go elsewhere. It's a bit tired and it's definitely a bit in a weird location, behind a closed mall. The lobby looks very nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! THE DOOR WOULDNT LOCK, THE BATHROOM LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT EVER BEEN CLEANED. THE DOOR LOOKED LIKE IT OBVIOUSLY HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO AT SOME POINT. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! I KNOW THEY ARE GOING TO REPLY SAYING THEY WIL LTAKE MY REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION AND TRY TO APPROVE THERE QUAITY AND INFORM THERE HOUSE KEEPERS AND THEYVE SAID THAT MONTHS AGO ON OTHER REVIEWS, THE PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!!!!

For the price it was a clean bed The shower was cold the floor was dirty The breakfast was horrible but for the price it was a clean bed

When you first drive up to Coratel, it doesn't seem like much. After looking around the exterior, and the interior you get something of a classical feel. The exterior lighting is unique to any other hotels in the area, and the atrium has REAL plants that get watered daily, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
