Ordered a Christmas centerpiece through USAA and FTD for my daughter. Delivered product was not anywhere near what the picture depicted (I had upgraded from the basic arrangement). Contacted USAA/FTD the day of delivery and explained the situation. They indicated the florist would be contacted and would be at the delivery site the next day to rectify the product. I typically don't write reviews unless I strongly believe it would be helpful for others in making their decisions. That said, I strongly advise NOT using Cora's flowers. In fact, I'd give it a 0 if I could...Wanting to support a small business and use a local florist, I found Cora's and decided to use them for a funeral arrangement based on the nice displays advertised on the website. Where to begin. First I will start with, in the end, the flowers were acceptable. Beautiful, even. That being said, it did not make the emotional roller coaster of dealing with this florist worth it. Being a proactive person, I met with the owner 6 months prior to my wedding date.
