The receptionist are unprofessional, they place you on hold more then actually helping you, they transfer you around all departments. I have had to make 3 separate calls for the same rx, since they are unorganized to transfer you to the right department, the service is inconsistent, they lose track of their faxes, don't understand refills and is short staffed so refilll's and deliveries are delayed! What a hassle for customers and staff members
I honestly can’t say enough bad things about this company. From repeatedly randomly delivering things to wrong addresses, not delivering, REFUSING to EVER return phone calls, being incredibly rude...if you need enteral or infusion supplies and actually, you know, GET them, find another company.
Fantastic leadership which put the patient first
Absolutely horrendous. The customer service is absolutely no help. They cant keep up with paperwork. My doctor has sent them the same paperwork 4 times now and they never get it. Yes number is correct. I sat in my doc office for 3 hours doing paperwork and watched them fax it not once but twice and still nothing. Then the paperwork they need changes from day to day. I used this company 4 years ago and it was great, now not so much. My rep has been completely incompetent, customer service is rude and unhelpful! I've had my PEG tube in for a month and am still waiting for supplies!!! They tried to convince me into $3000.00 worth of IV supplies that I could have gotten at my doctors for free! I'm on a fixed income medicine and medical supplies that aren't covered are challenging enough! They don't care about people they only care about making money.
