I see some very negative reviews. I guess we are lucky have been using them for home health car rx delivery for a year and they call every Monday ask about what supplies and rx we need and it arrives wednesday
First the pros: - Nurses are great, knowledgeable and friendly - Accomdating your work schedule is easy Negatives: - Facilitity needs some upgrades. - Minor issue but TV service for patients (one tv) has been out of service for months - No patient WiFi. (Building is old and has shielding so getting a mobile signal is difficult. I'm surprised coram even have 2 stars. Coram let my baby run out of supplies and used one gtube bag for 5 days. Each time we called they pulled up a message that was written 2 weeks ago and had no record of our recent calls thou we called 3 times each day. They lied that supplies were shipped meanwhile they were not. Our insurance changed and we called and updated them it and after struggling for two weeks to get supplies they finally told us that they dont take our insurance.
