I receive weekly infusions and they are the worse at packing my meds. They ship me 25 lbs of ice, a styrofoam cooler that I could use on my boat! EVERY MONTH!!! For just 8 tiny bottles that don’t to be refrigerated. I have bad lungs and cannot lift 50 lbs!!!!!…….. EVERY MONTH! They do not listen to me!!!!!
Terrible customer care, 2 years in a row gave them insurance info for new year and nothing was done. Had to make repeated phone calls, left voice mails no response. They expect the patient to do their work instead of the other way around. They discharged my care without any information and again want the patient to take care of things. Specialty medications are very important to those in need but they don't care.

If I could give no stars I would. My doctor recommended antibiotic treatment through picc line, and Coram “ran my insurance” and told me that all services and supplies were covered under my insurance. Because of this, we agreed to start treatment since we would only have to pay for the meds and picc procedure. We were introduced to Coram yesterday and have already had a horrible experience. Again we were only with Coram for one day. My daughter spent 5 weeks in the NICU with an Esophageal Tracial Fistula, which has resulted in her needing all of her feeding intake through a G-Tube. It is her only way to eat. After speaking with a Coram rep who said our supplies were being delivered at 10am. We picked up our discharged daughter at 11:30a. Due for a feeding at 2pm, the supplies did not arrive until 5:45pm.
