Totowa NJ location is the most incompetent healthcare company you can deal with. Stay away!
Horrible service! I never get all my supplies. You call them they don't call you back. Very unorganized company. Avoid them at all cost trust me you will be avoiding headaches n stress.
Horrible company. Can’t get a hold of any workers and they won’t answer my emails.
AVOID CORAM at all costs! My son had surgery, and needed medical supplies so he can eat, and this company hasn’t sent me enough supplies, forgot to send his formula, has you on hold for 50 minutes, then hangs up on you, won’t communicate with your insurance company to ensure coverage. I have been trying to get a person on the phone for 2 weeks to have a monthly order put through and they will not return my phone calls my son will run out of food because of their incompetence.
