I never had a successful conversation with the staff. Nobody knows what the right or left hand is doing there. Always a struggle to try to reorder a product. Always told a different story no matter how many times I've called and talked to different representatives. I have been so discouraged and frustrated using this company. Ordering a medical supply should not be this difficult.

One of the worst infusion companies out there please if you want good care and a place that treats families good do not let them supply your loved ones they will send the wrong stuff not labeled right not enough supplies you'll have to risk infection because they don't send you enough stuff. They put you or your loved ones life at risk look for better care please

I truly wish I could give negative stars on this review. I have used this company for a year and even if they call and verify they are shipping and have the drug it doesn't get shipped and they don't have the supply! Always getting infusions late because the pharmacy can't get it together. It's been a complete derailed train from the start.

Zero star if I could! Do not use! This homecare company lied and said they had a med ready to use so I was discharged from the hospital and given the run around for a week. Still have not received my minocycline even though the pharmacist Becky said they had 7 days worth of. Becky could not have been more rude to me. And on top of not getting my minocycline to me, they failed to deliver my second drug. They tried blaming my insurance and then when they can not blame insurance because I call them and confirm my med is covered... read more
