We have been with coram for 2.5 months. Marsha who set us up with the equipment was AMAZING!! She made sure we new exactly what to do when we left the hospital. The customer service is horrible. We recently changed formula and they sent out a month supply WITHOUT the bags. This is after 2 weeks of working on the change of formula. I am now changing to a local company that will help us with supplies. The nutritionists at Coram are very helpful but the customer service is a ratchet compared to their nutrionists.
