If I could give negative stars I would! my daughter depends on the TPN 100%, she is not the first to bring me my delayed orders, once they brought me the medicine at 2 in the morning, when I have to connect my daughter at 7:00 pm, they are irresponsible DISORGANIZED, I called them from again because they did the same thing to me again, and they only told me that they didn't know anything and that I should go to the emergency room!!! without irresponsible unis!!!!!!!!!!
If there were negative stars that’s what I would give. I’ve never reviewed anything online. I always focus on the positive. I’m almost 60 yrs old and literally have NEVER encountered such poor professionalism, disorganization, lack of concern, anything good that should accompany a HEALTH organization is completely lacking. I wouldn’t trust them with my turtle much less my child.
Worst costumer service ever. They keep sending the wrong items and when I try to contact them on the phone is ALWAYS more than one hour wait just to talk with a very rude person.
Maria the pharmacist is very bad at her job, she never knows what medication to send, I had an emergency with my daughter and she could never help me, She responds in a very bad way
Its only taken 2.5 weeks with this company to be incredibly disappointed. My child was set to discharge from the hospital on Tuesday 8/11, we (and our supply companies) knew this for weeks. On Thursday 8/6 Coram had still not contacted me or delivered any supplies for my child who gets 100% of his nutrition via a feeding pump.
