About Oct 27 I called this company to place an order for a nutritional supplements for my husband. After speaking to three people my order was placed. 4 days later I had not received anything. When I called back I was told the person "forgot" to place the order. Since this was a Sunday and my husband had all day appointments on Monday the earliest we could get supplies was Tue ( I had to sign for the first delivery )---- 3days later. now 7 days after I first talked to them. Horrible experience dealing with this company. They did not send enough supplies the first time and then took one month and endless calls to ship more vital supplies. To this day, they continuously delay submitting papers to insurance for a pump while promising to do it "the same day". Speaking to a supervisor does not help much. It's a nightmare to deal with them. My child desperately needs a pump and no one seems to care one bit.
