I have been a patient under the care of this Coram location for almost a year now, and I have had a wonderful experience! I am very sick with many chronic illnesses and require infusion services. I have NEVER not had my medicine and supplies arrive on time! I even am able to receive my shipments before I run out so I never have to be stuck without my stuff. CVS is the worst pharmacy ever! Always out of medications. Can’t ever get any resolution to any problem. Their billing is fraudulent. They are horrible!
This company is a joke, at best. The medication is rarely delivered at the time they say. I've talked with 2 people sometimes to make sure when my meds will be delivered, and they still don't come when they say it will. The package has been left on my porch, in the rain, once. I've called twice to verify when it would be delivered, and the person I talked with said the order hasn't been placed yet. That was after I talked to at least 2 people about it. No service! Run don’t walk. This company does not care about you!Not on time once. Hours late not minutes.Tells me to alter doctor orders that it will not matter. Doctor told me absolutely not.
This company was responsible for delivering my mother's medicine, however every week we had problems, including having to drive to a store at 10:30 at night due to the drivers lack of direction. The medicine was delivered to the wrong address twice and every time it was delivered it was super late. The patients who require their services are sick and rest is very important, but apparently they don't care.
