Myself and my insurance have called, emailed, and faxed them multiple times and they still can’t get it together to send my son’s formula prescription. Which is fine, it’s just my infant’s main source of nutrition, but whatever! Guess that’s not important!

If you have an professional integrity do not work for this company. I had to call the police to have my belongings and pharmacy registration returned to me. If you value your life asl your insurance company for an override so you don't have to use this company. The only reason this place makes money is from their contract with Mayo.
