This place is horrible. My husband has cancer he is going through chemo and radiation. He had to get a feeding tube and his doctors office went through Coram to get his formula. I had to keep calling repeatedly to get his first delivery. It was finally delivered two days later at nine o'clock at night. Now he is out again and they are telling me that it will be Tuesday before we can get more. This means he will be out for two days because someone coded the transaction wrong. 🚨If you or your loved one wantto live, DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!! This company is the absolute worst and they lie. Billing is horrible. They lied about getting a denial of coverage from my insurance. Coram had not even sent it to them a bill/invoice. They have repeated lied about sending products yet they had not even been shipped. They will also send you the wrong supplies.🚨
Very poor service.billing services, they are the worst ever. Their employees can not help you when you call. No customer service at all. Over billing, they charge you, Medicare and your supplemental insurance for the same bill but they are not the same dollar amounts. They turn you to collections before they remember we did not bill patient. Even when it is paid in full and you send in all paperwork etc they ignore and continue to hound you and never do they correct that knowledge with collection agency or the credit bureau.... read more
We have used Coram a several times over the last 3 years. We've been VERY happy with their services. They deliver promptly, they call and ask how my husband is doing, and are on top of everything. We have never had an issue with Coram. I'm sure my husband will need IV antibiotics in the future, and we'll continue to use Coram.
