Constantly send not enough supplies or forget to call and ask if I'm out of supplies. I don't understand why they can't just send the same amount of stuff every month? If I have 8 IV bags I obviously need at least 8 dressing change kits for example. No, I only get 4. What sense does this make and it's every single month. Scares me. Considering switching pharmacies if I can or just discontinuing treatment and having my port removed bc I'm a nervous wreck every month with this company constantly messing up. Inconsistent, late with deliveries, supplies missing & unprofessional.
Coerced into authorizing payment of $493.00 as condition of discharge. Authorized payment and did not get released. Misrepresentation was made regarding insurance to obtain payment. Dr. Immediately changed to keep our costs within reason.
Call me several times a week to ask me what to send then send incorrect or missing items. This week called twice and sent nothing at all. Now I'll miss my next treatment on Monday due to having NO supplies. Please do better. Why is it so hard to send the same stuff every week?! My nurse spoke to you Monday about what we need and what was missing and how much I have left while she was sitting right next to me. You said it'd all be sent Friday. Nothing arrived.
