I've been using them for about 15 years and they've been absolutely wonderful. Our first experience with them was with our lab, Candy, who was boarding at another vet while we were away and was very sick. They took excellent care of her (even though she has to be put to sleep) - we've used them since then. Every single one of our animals go there (they all know how neurotic I am with my girls, Sophie and Gianna) and they patiently deal with me !!!
I was so flustered by this vet visit, that I am filling a complaint to the state in order to get this practice investigated. I brought my cat in for hair loss, diarrhea, and to follow up on his white blood cell count from a previous sickness he had before I moved from across the country. He is prone to stress, and has been very sick in the recent past. Dr. A didn't know this, nor would he have done anything differently if he knew this was a sensitive situation. First time here and not only were the girls at the front desk polite and courteous, they knew what they were doing. From the minute I walked in until we left, my dog was treated great. The doctor didn't try to do anything that wasn't necessary. I brought her in for shots but because of her allergies being so bad, he gave her medicine for that and did not want to over due it with shots. Very informative and did not leave anything out. Will definitely be taking my dog back there for future needs.
1st time here, the service was excellent. From the moment we walked into the office. Everyone very friendly, and professional from the front desk to the doctor. As always Elle, recd a lot of attention. We will be returning as needed for my baby's needs.
Dr. Rowman has been in our lives for almost 20 years. It's more than many marriages last nowadays ! LOL Can't thank him and his staff enough for the wonderful care he and his staff has always provide to my furkids. My furkids are my life. The reason of my existence and I would not leave them in anyone else's care. Thank you Maureen ,Susan, Kyle, Jessica and Lori <3 You guys ROCK!
