In my experience going here for over 5 years, each of my appointments have always been an easy and convenient. The front desk here is friendly and is very quick to sign you in. Not only is Dr. Handog very polite and punctual, but she also gets right into business when it's your turn and can always hold a good conversation from start to finish. On the day of my first appointment, X-Rays were taken, to access and prepare, for the necessary treatment. After submitting documents to my insurance company for approval, she received a denial letter from my insurance company. I explained to her that the insurance company made an error and that I would contact them directly and get this matter taken care of. My insurance company admitted the error.
