I've been using Coralaire for years and they are the best. Construction management is my business so I deal with many companies and for A/C only call Coralaire.
Due to my blower housing breaking and being discontinued needed to replace my complete unit, after getting a few estimates from others called Coralaire for an estimate! Coralaire not only offered a great price on replacement and were great to deal with! As an owner of a few rental properties they are now my go to for any AC issues!
Workers very friendly, kept all working ares clean. Very prompt and timely service.
I've used Coral Aire a few times now. First to install a new A/C at a rental property and more recently for a repair at my house. I was amazed at quickly they got it done at a fair price. Jason set it up and and his team was here within hours. Highly recommend!
Zero stars if I could! Stay clear of this company! “THEY” hired a crane company to put unit on the roof of my 5 story condo. Crane company damaged the pavers under awning. Association charged me $1000 for repair and low life owner of Coralaire said I need to work it out with the crane company. My contract was with Coralaire and they subcontracted the crane company.
