This company is unprofessional and very inconsistent. My husband and I have been having AC problems and the multiple time they’ve come out they have done nothing for us. Jason the owner is very rude and never willing to find out the real problem of the situation. Never hire this company if you want honest, dependable work done for your AC unit.
Coralaire Services Inc was hired to find the cause of the AC freezing and rising temperatures within the apartment. After coming out multiple visits the Freon was low on multiple occasions. The manager of Coralaire Inc kept pressing the assumption of the AC filter being dirty however it always pointed to Freon or the real reason which has yet to be found out after switching out the entire unit. I have recently hired Coralaire Mechanical twice. The first time was for a unit in a building we own. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning and servicing the unit and communicating with the tenants. Then we had a client's AC fail in a house we were selling. The client lives out of state and told us to handle it. They gave us a fair price and took care of it quickly. Very positive experiences. We will be using this company again.
I hired this company cause I had a problem with my AC this company came out and made things worse. Obviously did not know what they were doing, They took my money and never came back to correct it, I had to hire a different company and pay them more money for the damage that they done, do not use this company These guys are thieves.
Jason and his team are top notch. The keep me and my family cool and maintain my unit - highly recommend.
