Miss Nikita, the manager of the complex is a professional and really nice lady. She is the best manager in Sacramento. God bless her.

Not a great part of town. A bit run down
I lived here for almost 2 years. The first 6 months were fantastic! No bugs, quiet neighbors, parking was not a problem, the pool was great, maintenance was responsive and the staff was friendly. Literally at the 6 month mark after signing a 12 month lease, domestic violence situations were occurring in the 2 bedroom behind my 1 bedroom unit.
