Horrible Management at Coral Water. Incore residential management is a joke if Katt and Jackie are the best they have to offer. I have lived here at Coral Waters for 4 years and the property has gone progressively downhill. They are still getting quotes to fix the clogged gutter that pours water into the stairs for the past year! Mold on every vent in unit!
