We felt this was a lovely Australian hotel within a quiet area of cairns and a very short walk to the esplanade. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful . Rooms good size and very clean . Daily breakfast buffet style with plenty of choice.
Lovely quiet room Terrible service with multiple guests waiting for extended periods for staff to attend to foreign enquiries regarding tourist information
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Very good location. 10min walk to Lagoon, Woolworths, Night Market
