Convenient location, very accommodating staff , nice doctors, no long waits. Appointment really means appointment and you need not to wait for hours even after booking appointments at this clinic. Really liked the doctors and the way they treat their patients, listen calmly to your concerns and helps to overcome any concerns.
saw them making jokes about a kid that got robbed and threatened with a bear mace very rude and unprofessional
Five times calling reception but nobody answer my calls
The clinic initially says they accept new patients, then when the client meets with the doctor, the doctor decides whether the patient will be accepted by the clinic or not, which makes no sense at all. terrible service wasting patients time.
Fouzia is a great doctor, she used to be my main doctor for a little while but she only works certain days/times, she cares for her patients and really takes her job seriously and to a greatly high standard. Brar is my family doctor and i could honestly say this women does really not give a shit what your problem is. my appointments are literally less than 5 minutes, she writes you a prescription and wishes you good luck minus the good luck.
